At Henderson's Western Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn boots and apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original boxes, ensuring boot soles are protected, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
